Inspired by my own journey into motherhood, I am passionate about helping prospective and new parents find their footing, heal from trauma, and become the version of themselves they have imagined.
I specialize in working with parents in the perinatal period who are high achievers, people-pleasers, perfectionists, and chronic caregivers—who may feel stuck, burnt out, and disconnected from who they are.
