Motherhood has shifted your roles.  The vision of the person you once were is blurry and you’re longing to regain focus.   Role transitions can be difficult to balance.  And you find yourself wanting to soften old patterns or reframe the unhealthy self talk we learned from our own childhood.

You may have found that motherhood has shone a light on a need for perfectionism, being a catalyst for anxiety or depression.  When you are ready to take the first step towards change, I am here.

Finding balance in life, feeling calm and confident, and staying present for yourself and your family are all products of successful therapy.
